As it was only a testcase for oracle-support, I can not see any easier testcase than these 4 lines - not even with a GUI.<br />But if you like <i>DBCA</i>, please give it a try with your sandbox. I'm sure it will fail when it runs its <i>create database</i>statement internally. <br />To be honest, I don't like a GUI for a task like DB creation. The operational part of my heart likes the reproducibility.
